First and foremost, FishHouseList.com was designed, developed, and maintained for ice fisherman by ice fisherman. Established in 2013, FishHouseList.com was a simple place our founders could sell and trade their ice fishing equipment. We quickly grew, and people asked if they could sell their ice fishing equipment here also. Our team had no issue with this, and soon, a classified script was installed.

The face of Fish House List has changed over the years and into what we have today. Initially, we were a private party to private party online listing service only. We feel this helped us stand out and provided our cire visitors what they were looking for. As we grew, requests came in about purchasing new ice fishing houses or ice fishing houses that only dealers and manufacturers could provide. To accommodate our visitors and clients, in 2018 we started to offer listings for ice fishing houses both new and used sold directly from the dealer or the manufacturer.
