  • 32" LED tv with swivel mount

  • Single propane burner for cooking

  • 2 bunks with mattress pads

  • Insulated TV door with screen door

  • Rubber roof with foam board/spray foam insulation

  • Walls are covered with 1/4" ply and FRP on bottom 4 feet

  • Double pane high-quality windows

  • Tow hooks on front and back


Tyvek all the way around and walls are 1-5/8" steel studs with 1.5" foam board and spray foam inside the studs. I was able to load the house on my utility trailer with a 3500 winch. House is available to view at my home in Elk River. Asking 3500$ obo.
